During a critical operational failure, regulatory deadline, or rapid international expansion, time is your most valuable asset. Any client signed up with credit available on account is considered a member and is granted direct, 24/365 follow-the-sun access to our senior developers, systems architects, and chartered advisors.
Where a staff member is qualified at multiple tiers, we may at our discretion apply lower tiers to their work when they perform tasks we consider to be of a lower tier. All rates below are billed per hour and are subject to additional amounts for taxes where applicable:
Principal — HK$5,800 | GB£580 | US$750 | A$1,150 per hour: Advisory and architecture, multi-jurisdictional group and trust restructuring, complex regulatory, tax, and immigration appeals or contentious representations, high-value commercial negotiations, mission-critical systems rescue, and priority out-of-hours partner intervention.
Director — HK$3,800 | GB£380 | US$490 | A$750 per hour: Strategic cross-border tax and corporate structuring, complex regulatory and immigration representations, financial audit analysis, enterprise systems architecture, custom API engineering, and priority director-level intervention.
Technical Execution — HK$2,400 | GB£240 | US$310 | A$475 per hour: Bespoke application and FileMaker development, system integrations, financial modelling, accounting review, and substantive casework such as regulatory and visa submissions, corporate resolutions, and formal correspondence.
Document Normalisation & Administration — HK$1,400 | GB£140 | US$180 | A$275 per hour: Formatting, collation, and normalisation of client documentation, enforcement of digital record standards, coordination of certified translations and notarisations, routine company secretarial filings, and portal data administration.
